Lots of shade from mature trees? Zeon Zoysia handles partial shade better than Bermuda. It's a fine-bladed, dense, deep-emerald turf that gives an established front yard a polished look. It's slower to recover from heavy wear, so it does best where foot traffic is light.

Full sun and an active backyard? Tifway 419 Bermuda is built for Mississippi heat and wear. It's a good fit for yards where kids practice before games at Snowden Grove or Greenbrook, where dogs run the fence line, or where a section gets heavy use. It recovers quickly but needs full sun to thrive.

Pickup and Delivery

By road, central Southaven is about 14–16 miles from our farm, roughly 20–25 minutes, mostly on I-55. Farm pickup is available at 4305 Hwy 51 S in Hernando during business hours, and delivery is available. Call to schedule delivery with your cut date.

Installation

Installation is available. Tell us the size of the area and what's there now, and we'll talk through your options. For full-yard replacements, our 42″ big rolls (about 42″ × 102′, roughly 360 sq ft each) are installed by machine. • ¼ pallet: about 112 sq ft · ½ pallet: about 225 sq ft

Patching a 10′ × 12′ worn area (120 sq ft)? A ¼ pallet plus a few extra pieces covers it. Replacing a 2,500 sq ft backyard? That's 5.6 pallets, so order 6.

Yes. We sell by the piece, by the ¼ or ½ pallet, and by the full pallet.

What grows best under trees?

Zeon Zoysia tolerates partial shade better than Tifway 419. Very heavy shade is hard on any warm-season grass, so call and describe your yard.

Can I pick up on a Saturday?

Yes. We're open Saturday 8am–12pm. Call ahead to confirm availability.
